I am dealing with some pretty annoying joint pain lately. It feels like every morning I wake up and my knees just wanna crunch instead of bend! I heard about Sitaram Karpasasthyadi Thailam and I’m kinda curious if it could help. A few weeks ago, I did a camping trip and my knees totally flared up after all that hiking. The swelling was crazy! My sister suggested Sitaram Karpasasthyadi Thailam since she had success with it for her arthritis. I tried some basic heating pads, but honestly, it felt like putting a band-aid on a broken leg, ya know? Didn't do much. Then I looked up some natural remedies and found this oil. I guess it’s supposed to be good for joint pain and stiffness? I’m just unsure how to actually use Sitaram Karpasasthyadi Thailam correctly. Should it be massaged in every day? Do I need any special warm-up before? I also saw that some people mix it with other oils — is that a good idea or could it mess things up? Any advice would really help! I want to get back to hiking without wincing in pain.
