I am overweight and obese, I have very less active life, I have pressure on my knees, cant walk without limping sometimes & have migraine issue…..please guide me for my routine

Hello, 1. Start with mild exercise by enrolling in a game(as they will take care of not pressurising the joints 2. Shift to just raw salad for dinner 3. Avoid all junk, outside, oily, sweet food. 4. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day. 5. Start your day with a vegetable juice(lauki/ashgourd) 6. Fix a routine for your meals and do not skip meals.
Along with the above said changes start taking following ayurveda medicines: 1. Navaka Guggulu 2—0—2
2. Varanasi kashayam 10ml
3. Rasnairandadi kashayam 10ml
All the 3 to be taken with 80ml of boiled cooled water 45 minutes before breakfast and before dinner for 120 days.
