पिछले कुछ महीनों से गर्दन और फ्रोजन शोल्डर के दर्द से परेशान हूँ। मेनोपॉज और डायबिटीज के कारण मांसपेशियों की कमजोरी हो गई है। कृपया मुझे इस दर्द से छुटकारा पाने में मदद करें। दर्द गर्दन, कंधे, ऊपरी बांह, कोहनी, अग्रभाग से शुरू होकर अब कलाई, हथेली और उंगलियों तक फैल गया है। केवल दाईं तरफ ही हो रहा है।
