मेरी उम्र 74 साल है। मुझे पिछले 5 साल से घुटनों में दर्द हो रहा है। अब बाएं घुटने में दर्द बढ़ गया है और बिना नी कैप पहने चलना मुश्किल हो गया है। मैं पहले से ही ग्लूकोसामिन और कोंड्रोइटिन सल्फेट का कॉम्बिनेशन ले रहा हूँ। अब मुझे न्यूकार्ट ओए 2 टैबलेट्स के साथ त्रयोदशांग गुग्गुल और अस्तिसंध (2 टैबलेट्स प्रत्येक) दिन में दो बार लेने की सलाह दी गई है। कृपया सलाह दें देव राज मलिक (उम्र 74 साल)
