मैं 66 साल का पुरुष हूँ। मैंने हाल ही में एक नौकरी से रिटायर किया है जिसमें लंबे समय तक कंप्यूटर पर काम करना पड़ता था और माथा आगे की ओर झुका रहता था। करीब 15 महीने पहले मेरे गर्दन के दाहिने हिस्से में हल्का दर्द हुआ जिसे मैंने नजरअंदाज कर दिया। लेकिन समय के साथ मेरा दर्द 24x7 असुविधाजनक हो गया। मुझे फिजियोथेरेपी की सलाह दी गई है जो मैं पिछले 2 महीने से कर रहा हूँ। C4-C5-C6 C-Spine की MRI से एडवांस्ड स्पॉन्डोलाइसिस का पता चला है। मुझे यकीन नहीं है कि जो एक्सरसाइज मैं कर रहा हूँ वो सही हैं या नहीं।
