2. Shallaki (Boswellia) capsule – 1, twice a day
3. Maharasnadi Kashayam – 15 ml with warm water, twice a day with equal water
4. Ashwagandha churna – ½ tsp with milk at night
These will:
– Bring down joint swelling
– Stop cartilage from getting worse
– Help with lubrication
If the pain is pretty bad
