Morning Stiffness in Fingers and Toes - #50462

Stiff fingers especially in morning but lasts all day and stiff toes and one toe overlapping another. Feet hurt at base of toes.

—Because your stiffness has lasted more than six months, is worse in the morning, and you have severe pain at the base of your toes with some toe changes,it’s sign of inflammatory arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis ---- kindly do some tests - cbc - lft ESR, CRP - RA FACTOR ----- Rx 1) Simhanada Guggulu – 2 tabs BD after food with warm water 2)Maharasnadi Kwath – 15 ml + equal warm water BID before food 3)Yograj Guggulu – 2 tabs BID after food 4)Eranda Taila 5 ml at bedtime with warm milk (if constipation present) —Bahya Chikitsa Mahanarayana Taila local abhyanga BID Gentle nadi sweda to hands & feet — Pathya Warm, light diet Avoid curd, cold food, fermented & heavy food Avoid day sleep Gentle joint mobility exercises —Follow-up: 15 days Assess pain, stiffness, swelling.
