Compressed vertebraes can it be rectified? - #988

I have 2 compressed vertebraes on d nape of my neck, which is pinching a nerve, and hence alot of pain on my right side upper body, so alot of pain, stiffness, numbness. And 2 vertebraes that are at the lower back, but thank God not pinching any nerve. Can this disorder be rectified/reversed?

Apply warm Mahanarayan Taila or Dhanvantaram Taila to the neck and back daily. Massage gently for 10–15 minutes and follow with a hot compress to relieve pain and stiffness.

Take Yograj Guggulu (two tablets twice daily) to support joint health and reduce inflammation.

Consume Dashmool Kwath (a herbal decoction) twice a day to manage pain and reduce nerve irritation. Add Ashwagandha powder (1 teaspoon) with warm milk at night to strengthen bones and nerves.

Practice restorative yoga under expert guidance. Poses like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose), and Balasana (Child’s Pose) are helpful for relieving pressure and improving spinal alignment. Avoid intense forward bends and twists.

Maintain proper posture while sitting, standing, and sleeping. Use an ergonomic chair and a thin, firm pillow or rolled towel to support the neck during sleep.

Consider Panchakarma therapies like Greeva Basti (oil therapy for the neck) and Kati Basti (oil therapy for the lower back). These therapies reduce compression and improve circulation.

Include calcium- and magnesium-rich foods in your diet, such as sesame seeds, almonds, milk, and leafy greens. Drink turmeric and ginger tea daily for inflammation reduction.

Follow this routine consistently for 8–12 weeks and consult both an Ayurvedic practitioner and an orthopedic specialist for ongoing monitoring.
