Hi Prasad,
Thank you for sharing this information.
1. How long have you been experiencing these rashes, and do they occur in specific areas of your body, or are they more widespread?
2. Are there any other symptoms accompanying the rashes, such as swelling, redness, or a feeling of warmth around the affected areas?
3. Have you noticed any triggers for the itching, such as stress, heat, or exposure to certain fabrics or chemicals?

Hello Prasad, Recurrent rashes with itching that appear without a clear trigger could be due to factors like stress, heat, allergies, or imbalanced immunity. In Ayurveda, it may be linked to an imbalance in Pitta and Kapha doshas, causing skin irritation. Management can include cooling and detoxifying herbs like Neem, Manjistha, and Guduchi. Applying Aloe Vera gel or Sandalwood paste can soothe the skin. Avoiding spicy, oily foods and excessive sun exposure may help. Practicing Pranayama and drinking coriander or fennel water can cool the body. Since the rashes subside without medication, keeping track of any possible triggers like stress or certain environments can be beneficial. Consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized treatment is recommended.

Sounds like those rashes are being quite a bother for you. Even tho they appear without any particular dietary trigger or season, Ayurveda could give you some insight into what's going on. Your rashes might be linked to an imbalance in your Pitta dosha, which governs heat and metabolism in your body. When excess Pitta builds up, it manifests as skin irritations, like those itchy rashes you're experiencing.
To ease this, consider adapting your daily routine a bit to pacify Pitta. Start with your diet. Even if food seems unrelated, it can subtly influence your doshas. Go for cooling and soothing foods—think cucumbers, melons, and coconut water. Avoid spicy, acidic, or fried foods as they may boost Pitta. Believe it or not, emotions like stress and anger can play a role too, so tapping into cooling practices like meditation or gentle yoga might help.
Another thing you can try is aloe vera gel. It's great for calming irritated skin. Just apply some fresh gel directly from the leaf onto the rash, a couple of times a day if possible. Very rejuvenating, you'll find.
Since the rashes come and go, pay attention to your environment and routine. Are there hot showers, or maybe lots of sun exposure? Cool showers and protective clothing for the sun might influence things more than you'd think.
Keeping digestion in good shape is essential, so perhaps a little sipping of warm water throughout the day, infused with cumin seeds, could aid in balancing your Agni, or digestive fire.
Do reach out to a professional if these suggestions don't do the trick or if the rashes become more severe or painful. Safety first—always!
Hope this provides some relief, and be sure to nurture the cool and calm within as you follow this guidance. Take it easy on yourself!
