Dr I had regular 26 days cycle periods bleeding for 5 days but suddenly past 3 cycles my periods have started lasting for 25 days like 5 days bleeding and from 6 th instead of stopping a brownish spotting continues till 15 days - #19968

U would suggest first to undergo us scan and thyroid profile once pcos / thyroid issues to be ruled we can start treatment a/c to medicines

First you need to Sit, relax, and think about your lifestyle over the past three months.
Assess your sleep patterns, food habits, stress levels, and exercise routine.
If everything seems normal but periods are still irregular, get a pelvic scan and Thyroid Profile to identify underlying causes.
Maintain proper hydration by drinking plenty of water throughout the day
increase fruits and vegetable intake for essential nutrients.
Avoid Sugary, Maida foods, non-vegetarian food, and spicy foods.
Drink Jeera (cumin) hot water – Drink 150-200 ml in the morning and evening.
Methi (fenugreek) hot water – Consume 150-200 ml twice daily to support hormonal balance.

According to your symptoms I would like to advise you to go for an Uterine scan and routine blood tests ( CBC, ESR , CRP) to rule out inflammation. Did you take any hormonal medication in last 2-3 cycles? Any abdominal pain ?

First do USG scan ( abdo + pelvis ) along with it do blood test - CBC WITH ESR, CRP , THRYOID PROFILE
Till then you can start this medications
1. Saptasaram kashyam tablet 2-0-2 before breakfast and dinner
2. Trayantyadi kashayam 15ml-0-15 ml + 45 ml water after breakfast and dinner
3. Shatavari ghritham 1 tsp at bed time followed by warm water
