Your symptoms are suggesting combination of nutritional deficiencies and gut related issues I would suggest you to undergo vit B12 VIT D iron and magnesium tests to rule out the real cause for your symptoms How much will be your SPO2 levels?? Do you feel breathlessness while walking/or at rest??

Hello Samim, What injections were you taking? Are all the necessary investigations done? From an Ayurvedic perspective, your symptoms of weakness, low energy, numbness in hands and feet, diarrhea, heart palpitations, and breathlessness may indicate an imbalance of Vata and Pitta doshas, leading to poor digestion and accumulation of Ama (toxins). To restore balance, follow a warm, nourishing, and easily digestible diet with foods like khichdi, moong dal, and seasonal vegetables, while avoiding spicy and fried foods. Drink warm water throughout the day to aid digestion. Taking Ashwagandha with warm milk at bedtime can reduce fatigue and boost strength, while Draksha Avaleha supports heart health and improves energy levels. For digestive support and detoxification, Triphala at night can be beneficial. Additionally, practicing gentle Pranayama like Anulom Vilom and Bhramari will enhance oxygen intake and reduce stress. Regular oil massage (Abhyanga) with warm sesame oil can improve circulation and reduce numbness. Dashmoolarishta or Ashwagandharishta may also be helpful in strengthening the body and promoting recovery. Also it is important to check your inflammatory indicators like CBC, ESR, CRP, vit b12, vit d etc to rule out inflammation or any deficiencies.

It sounds like the anemia you're experiencing is quite troubling and I'm here to offer some Ayurvedic insights to help improve your condition. With your hemoglobin level at 9.8, it's important to address this with a holistic approach, understanding both your symptoms and their root causes according to Ayurveda. Firstly, ensuring that your Agni, or digestive fire, is balanced is crucial. You might be experiencing a Pitta dosha imbalance or weakened Agni, as indicated by your symptoms such as diarrhea and numbness. Incorporate warming spices like ginger, cumin, and cinnamon into your meals to enhance digestion and improve iron absorption. Diet plays a significant role in managing anemia. Consuming foods rich in iron and vitamin C will help. Mung dal (a type of lentil), cooked spinach, beets, and pumpkin seeds can be beneficial. To enhance absorption, pair these with sources of vitamin C, such as lemons or amla (Indian gooseberry). Also, having a glass of water with a teaspoon of jaggery (unrefined sugar) and a splash of lemon in the morning can aid in boosting hemoglobin levels. To alleviate symptoms like heart palpitations and lack of oxygen, consider breathing exercises like Pranayama, which helps enhance oxygen circulation and calm the mind. The practice of Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) could be particularly beneficial, aiming for at least 5-10 minutes a day. Ensure a regular sleep pattern, getting at least seven to eight hours of rest each night. Your body's repairing during sleep, so it's essential that quality sleep is prioritized. Try also an herbal remedy, Ashwagandha, it is known to improve energy, immunity, and hemoglobin levels. A teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder in warm milk before bed can be effective. However, always ensure any supplementation is aligned with your specific needs and consider consulting a local Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized treatment. Remember, if any of your symptoms worsen, or if the low hemoglobin level persists, seeking immediate professional medical care is crucial, especially with symptoms like heart palpitations and severe fatigue. Always weigh the balance of Ayurvedic practices with your current medical treatment.
