Stomach and mental health - #20259

I am unable to digest my food properly from many years. Also I am having sizopin 25 and fluzak. I tried many ways to treat digestion properly in home. I am very tired all the time.lack of energy effecting my life style. I also did ultrasound but everything is very normal.i don't think it's only coz of stress.

Avoid spicy, oily and processed food. Regular use of buttermilk. Regular exercise. Cap.Brahmi 1-0-1 Tab.Liv52 DS 1-0-2 Sy Gason 15ml twice after meal.

**Rx:** 1. **Sutshekhar Ras** – 1 tablet twice daily 2. **Triphala Tablet** – 1 tablet twice daily 3. Take **1 tsp of ajwain (carom seeds) with warm water** after meals. NOTE Consume **buttermilk with roasted cumin powder** daily. Avoid **cold, oily, and heavy foods** at night. Practice **Pavanmuktasana, Bhujangasana, and Bhramari Pranayama** regularly.
