Firstly, it sounds like the issues you’re experiencing are mostly interconnected, and understanding their root could be quite useful for managing them. According to Ayurveda, you’ve described a combination of Vata and Pitta imbalances. The obsessive-compulsive tendencies, bruxism, and weight loss suggest a Vata aggravation, often bringing anxiety and restlessness, while digestive issues indicate Pitta disturbance, which could lead to inflammation and stress-related digestion concerns.

To address these, consider the following approach. For Vata, focus on grounding and stabilizing practices. Adopt a daily self-care routine with aspects like Abhyanga, which is self-massage with warm sesame or almond oil, especially before bedtime, to calm your nervous system. Practice deep breathing, pranayama, which can be incredibly calming before bed, helping reduce bruxism. Touching on your gut issues: small, regular meals are generally advisable. Favor warm, cooked foods over any cold or raw meals. Sipping warm, not hot, ginger tea might soothe your stomach and enhance digestion.

Your diet can play an absolutely crucial role here. Favor including foods that pacify both Vata and Pitta, like basmati rice, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, or cooked leafy greens. Limit spicy, chili foods, caffeine, and overly processed meals. On the question of gum health and pain — regular oil pulling with coconut or sesame oil can help alleviate this. Swish the oil in your mouth, then spit it out and rinse after about 10-15 minutes each morning. It’s said to strengthen the gums and freshen the breath.

Stress management is a key player here. Incorporate meditation or yoga into your schedule, focusing more on mindfulness practices. Consider Ashwagandha, a revered Ayurveda herb, known for reducing stress and helping with anxiety — but you should check with an Ayurvedic practitioner for proper balance and dosage.

Lastly, these symptoms you mention do call for attention; especially the continuous weight loss and for that, consulting with a healthcare profesional might be wise to rule out other underlying conditions. Remember, Ayurveda is most effective when tailored to individual constitutions, so finding an experienced practitioner could offer you more personalized advice and solutions.
