Jo aap bayaan kar rahe hain, yah pitta dosha aur agni yaani digestive fire ki asantulan ki nishaniyan ho sakti hain. Peet me dard aur khane ke baad ulti jaisa lagna aksar pitta prakop se hota hai. Iske lie chhoti-chhoti lifestyle aur dietary changes apna ke kuch rahat mil sakti hai. Magar agar dard kaafi intense hai ya lagatar badh raha hai toh turant doctor se sampark karna chahiye. Ayurveda ke hisab se, agni ko balance karne aur pitta ko shant karne ke liye, pehle apni diet par dhyan dena zaroori hota hai. Mithha aur thanda bhojan lena pitta ko shant karne me madadgar ho sakta hai. Aap dhaniya, illaichi aur saunf ka paani lene ki koshish kare, jisse pet me cooling effect aata hai. Aur agni deepan karne ke liye, aap apne routine me kuch bhi garam peya shamil karein, jaise ki adrak wali chai ya jeera paani. Khane ke turant baad, phir bhi pait me discomfort hai, toh aap uske upchar ke liye triphala churna ka istemal kar sakte hain, ek chamach garm paani ke sath raat ko le sakte hain, yeh apki digestion ko better karne me helpful ho sakta hai. Lifestyle par bhi rozana dhyan dena jaroori hai. Jyada bhari exercise na karein jo agni ko disturb kari, bhojan ke baad thoda vishram karein aur immediatel n ledhak ke mat soiye. Lekin yaad rahe, samasya viseh hai, toh kisi bhi khatarnaak ya emergency halat me yeh samay chhod kar turant medical madad lena sahi hai. Avashyaktayen samajhkar pramad na karen aur jaise koi sanvedansheel ya acute davai ki jarurat ho toh bina der kiye turant doctor se rujoo karen.
