Long-term use of Hriday Amrit Vati is generally considered safe in Ayurveda for maintaining heart health, but it's essential to balance with modern medicines like Metropolol. Your concern about possible side effects such as renal impact is legitimate. While Ayurveda doesn’t traditionally view Hriday Amrit Vati as harmful to kidneys, it’s crucial to monitor kidney health with periodic check-ups, including regular blood and urine tests to ensure everything's in balance. The bloating you experience with sugar or milk tea might be due to your digestion, specifically your agni, or digestive fire, which could be disrupted by these foods. This can also contribute to ectopic beats. To help, consider reducing sugar and opting for herbal tea like ginger or mint instead, as these can help soothe digestion. Eat smaller, frequent meals that are easy to digest, avoiding oily and heavy foods that can aggravate the issue. About your hernia and mitral valve prolapse, it's important to maintain regular follow-ups with your cardiologist and gastroenterologist. Avoiding heavy lifting and foods that exacerbate your symptoms can be helpful. Practicing yoga poses like Vajrasana after meals can aid in digestion, but avoid twisting poses that could increase hernia strain. The clarifications of worm egg on the head, though symptomless, is quite unusual. If it’s confirmed by medical imaging or exams and no symptoms are present, it may not need treatment. However, it’s crucial to have it periodically monitored to ensure it doesn’t develop into something significant. Appendix issues, like appendicolith, should be monitored regularly to prevent any possible complications such as appendicitis. Always, consult with your healthcare provider before making any significant changes to your treatment plan. Ayurveda works best when it's integrated with conventional medicine, and tailored specifically to your constitution and ongoing conditions.
