Oh I see, your concerns are quite understandable. First let's talk about your appetite and weight gain, yeah? In Ayurveda, agni or digestive fire is crucial for digesting food and absorbing nutrients. Sounds like maybe your agni needs a little boost. You might be Vata dominant, judging by the stress and sleep issues. Vata imbalances often mess with our sleep and digestion, making weight gain tough. Consider a regular meal routine to help regulate your body clock. Don't skip meals really—it throws things off. Try incorporating warm, nourishing foods. Soups, stews, or dishes with ghee, right? They’re easy on the digestion and help pacify Vata. You might enjoy a glass of warm milk with a pinch of turmeric and nutmeg before bed, which soothes Vata and promotes sleep. On the herbal side, you could try Ashwagandha or Shatavari. These are like adaptogens; they help with stress and can support weight gain. But, check with a practitioner (yeah, different bodies different reactions). Triphala might also help balance your digestion if you’re feeling bloated or irregular. Oh, and looking after sleep is huge here! You know, keeping to a routine might just help. Aim for sleep around the same time nightly, avoid screens before bed if ya can. Maybe even try a relaxing oil massage with warm sesame oil before sleep—helps ground Vata and relaxes the mind. Remember—it takes time, be patient with these changes, small and steady wins the race. Keep track of how your body reacts to each new thing. And hey, don't forget, being kind to yourself is key part of healing too! Anything urgent, health-wise, do see a healthcare provider yep.
