Yes you can increase a bit of hight ,doung Yoga for Spine Elongation & Posture-

Regular practice can make you appear taller, improve posture, and in some cases stimulate small growth:

At 19 , the long bones especially the legs and spine are nearing the end of their growth phase n in women especially after 18 height growth significantly slows down So through ayurvedic treatment we can increase the height but you can do certain asanas lik tadasana bhujangasana trikonasana surya namaskaram Hanging from a height/ rod for 2 to 3 minutes - it not only increases height but make you look taller by improving alignment n posture Include calcium rich food, protein diet may Surely you will find difference
