Doctors’ responses
Hmm, sounds like you're dealing with a mix of stuff that's weighing heavy on you. It's clear there's a blend of physical and perhaps mental-emotional ingredients involved here. In Ayurveda, the digestion, often linked with agni (digestive fire), is central to our well-being, so addressing that might be a good starting point.
First, let’s look a bit at your stomach discomfort. This could be tied to Kapha or Vata imbalance; it depends on your overall constitution but often involves poor digestion, maybe with some ama (toxins) making issues worse. Simplify your diet to something nourishing but light. Think about khichdi—a mix of rice and mung dal—as it’s soothing yet easy to digest. Maybe throw some ginger and cumin seeds in there for a bit of a digestive push.
For headaches and general weakness, again your doshas could be all over the place. It's common when there's too much Vata. Suppose you feel it more at the back of your head and on your ear—try applying a bit of warm oil (like sesame) gently massaging your scalp. Not too much pressure, though. It does feel a bit intuitive, and that’s what Ayurveda often is—tuning in to your body's signals.
Leg tension could be tied to that same Vata imbalance or maybe from stress. It might be beneficial to take short walks after meals, like 15-20 mins, just to ground and send some energy downward.
Your mind’s all tangled, it seems, with memory stuff and distractions, maybe even pulling a lot of pitta energy. Practice daily meditation or breathing exercises like Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing). Just a few minutes at sunrise and sunset—that can bring a welcome calm. Try setting a 'digital sunset'—turning off screens well before sleep, gives your mind a break too.
Hydration is important; drink warm water, sip throughout the day. It’s easier on your system than cold.
On sexual thoughts, remember that engaging excessively can drain Ojas; practice Brahmacharya, or moderation. Transmute that energy into creative outlets, maybe try journaling or art, doesn't have to be perfect just expressive.
Take it day by day. If any symptom gets worse or if you feel overwhelmed often, please connect with a healthcare professional pronto. Sometimes immediate care is key—ayurveda loves prevention, but don’t delay if something feels acute.
