I am really trying to figure out how to take shankhpushpi syrup, but honestly, I'm a bit lost. About a month ago, I felt super stressed out and couldn't focus on anything, especially with work piling up. A friend recommended shankhpushpi syrup after hearing me complain about my mind being all over the place. Now I've got this bottle, but like, how to take shankhpushpi syrup properly? I mean, should I take it on an empty stomach or with food? Also, how much am I supposed to take? I saw something about it being beneficial for memory or stress, which sounds great, but I'm honestly confused about the dosage. Should I take it daily? My doctor said it’s safe, but I don't want to mess it up or anything. Plus,is there a specific time of day that works best to take it? I really want to make sure I'm getting the benefits of shankhpushpi syrup without any issues!! 😩 Any insights would really help!
