I am really confused about this whole gokshuradi guggulu benefits thing. I’ve been dealing with some, like, ongoing joint pain and fatigue for a while now. A friend suggested it might help, especially since I've tried all these other remedies, including some over-the-counter stuff and just herbal teas, which honestly did nothing. Last week, I found this forum with people raving about gokshuradi guggulu and its benefits for joint health and overall energy levels. So, I went to the local store and picked some up. But now I’m not sure if I'm taking it correctly or if it's the right fit for my situation, you know? I mean, I've been reading about it online, and everybody says the gokshuradi guggulu benefits are amazing for inflammation, but what if I’m not seeing results in a few days? I’m also kinda worried ’cause I have a sensitive stomach. Does it usually take a while for the gokshuradi guggulu benefits to kick in?
