I am really confused about whether I should be using योगराज गुग्गुल के फायदे, नुकसान, or just avoiding it completely. I’ve been dealing with some joint pain and fatigue for a while now, and my friend suggested this herbal remedy saying it works wonders for inflammation. At first, I was skeptical, but I read a bunch about योगराज गुग्गुल के फायदे and they do sound promising. But then I came across some sites mentioning possible नुकसान too, like stomach issues or allergic reactions. Like, can it really be good and bad at the same time? I tried it for a week, and I don’t know, I felt a little bit better, but then I started getting an upset stomach! Should I just stick it out, or is that a sign I should stop?
