Ayurveda ke through avascular necrosis (avn) ka ilaj sambhav hai, lekin ye mahatvapurn hai ki aap apni sthiti ko samjhen aur is vyadhi ki gambhirta ka aakan karne ke liye ek vistaar mei vishwaasghana chikitsa se sampark karein. Avn, yaani asthi ka khinne ke kaaran usme khoon ka proper supply hona band ho jaata hai. Iska aim asli karan ko sahi karna hota hai, jaise dosha santulan aur dhatu poshan.

Aap mein agar samasya durbal avastha mein ho to Ayurvedic upaaye prabhavit ho sakte hain. Panchakarma therapy, jaise virechana aur basti kriya, vata dosha ko santulit karne mein mahatva rakhti hain aur asthi dhatu ko poshan deti hain. Shaman aushadhiyan, jese guduchi, ashwagandha, aur guggulu, jo asthi aur khinvastha bandhan pathi ko sudharne mein sahayak hote hain.

Diet mein, nutrient-rich foods jaise ki dudh, haldi, nariyal ka paani aur kehraj consumption kar sakte hain jo asthiyon ko majboot banate hain. Aapko maximum stretching na karne ki salah dunga, light exercises jaise yoga se shuru kariye. Halagi aapko ek ayurvedic visheshagya se milkar apni pratibhaagi dasaa ko sahi se samjhana hoga.

Lekin agar surgical intervention anivarya hai waise sthitiyon me, surgery ke baad aapko kuch challenges aa sakte hain jese infection risk, prolonged recovery time aur physical rehabilitation ki zarurat. Surgery ke baad Ayurveda aapko surgery ke side effects kam karne aur natural recovery mein sahyog de sakta hai.

Apne physical capacity ke adhar par regularly exercise aur post-surgery specific diet plan adopt karne mein Ayurved sahayak ho sakta hai. Jaldi se hoshiyari se decision le aur kuch bhi prashna hon toh avashya chikitsa se sampark karen.
