I am really struggling with these terrible headaches lately! I mean, it feels like they just hit me outta nowhere. Like last week, I was at my friend's birthday party, and bam! It was throbbing in my temples, kind of like a jackhammer, you know? I tried some over-the-counter stuff, but I wonder if that’s just putting a band-aid on the issue. I’ve read a little about how to cure headache instantly with Ayurveda, like using ginger tea or maybe some mustard oil massage? I even considered those cooling herbs everyone talks about. I’d love to try something natural, but honestly, I’m confused. What do I really need to do? Also, I get these tension headaches mostly when I'm stressed or anxious—like when work piles up and I can't keep up with everything. Do you think that there’s a specific Ayurvedic remedy for this type of headache too? Any advice would really help!
