Hvordan redusere migren i hverdagen? - #24697

Har utviklet migrene de siste to årene. Jobber en del på skjerm/pc. Jeg føler det kommer i en kombinasjon av stiv nakke. Er sensitiv for stress. Får lett bihulebetennelse når jeg blir forkjølet. Er usikker på hva mat som er bra for meg. Liker å var i fysisk aktivitet og ute i naturen.
