I am really struggling to understand what is sciatica in hindi because I was recently told by my doctor that I might have it. It all started a few weeks ago; I was lifting some heavy furniture during a move and felt this sharp pain shooting down my leg! It’s like this tingling feeling and sometimes, I can't feel my foot properly. I thought it would go away, but it’s just gotten worse. I read a bit about it online, but the medical terms are kinda confusing, and honestly, I’m not sure about any home remedies. My friend mentioned something about how they used Ayurvedic treatments for their back pain and it helped them a lot. That got me curious about what is sciatica in hindi because I want to understand this better — how it relates to my current symptoms. If anyone has experience or knowledge on this, what should I be doing? Is there a specific Ayurvedic treatment for this? Should I avoid certain activities or foods? Any advice would be appreciated!!
