how to use murivenna oil - #25645

Ella

I am really confused about how to use murivenna oil. Recently, I started getting these annoying joint pains, especially in my knees after running. A friend recommended murivenna oil saying it's great for joint pain and inflammation, but like, I have no idea where to start. I’ve heard it's supossed to help with aches, but how exactly do I use it?? Do I just massage it in? Or should I mix it with something else? Also, I've seen people saying different things about how often to apply it. I tried using it once a day, but it didn't seem to do much. Am I doing this wrong? 😩 Is there a more proper way of applying murivenna oil that could make it more effective? I aldo read somewhere that there are certain times that are best to use it, like during the day or at night. Heck, should I even be using morivenna oil if I'm not seeing results? Just feeling lost and a lil frustrated here! Any help would really mean a lot! Seriously, thank you!

Murivenna oil can indeed bring relief especially if you're experiencing those knee joint pains post-running. First off, it's totally okay to feel a bit unsure about how to get the best out of the oil. Here's how you can do it more effectively. To apply murivenna oil, start by gently warming it. You don't need to mix it with anything else, but applying warm oil helps your skin to absorb it better. Just take a small amount and massage it gently into the affected areas in a circular motion. This not helps in soothing the muscle but also encourages better penetration. For frequency, using murivenna oil once daily might not be enough if you’re dealing with persistent pain. Try applying it twice a day, in the morning and before bedtime. Nighttime application gives the oil more time to work while you rest. It's also crucial to give it some time; Ayurvedic treatments aren't always an instant fix. Consistency is key here, so using it for a couple of weeks might be necessary to notice significant improvements. As for timing, Ayurveda often finds efficacy influenced by when you apply treatments. Evening is generally ideal since the body naturally engages in repair during sleep. However, avoid exposure to cold water right after application to maintain its warmth and restrict interference. If, over time, continuous application still shows no improvement, it might be worthwhile to re-evaluate with an Ayurvedic doctor, who can tailor suggestions more specific to your dosha balance. Persisting pain may sometimes require a more integrated approach beyond topical treatment alone. Stick with it for a bit longer and observe any changes. Also, remember to consider factors like diet and lifestyle that can play a role in joint health. Keep staying active, but listen to your body and if necessary reduce high-impact activities until the knees feel stronger.
