I am dealing with some pretty uncomfortable joint pain lately, especially in my knees and elbows, and it’s really affecting my daily life. Even tried some common pain relievers, but they just give me a headache sometime! The pain there has been coming and going for a few months now, and some days, it feels like I just can't move right, like I’m getting old way too fast. I’m in my 40s and kinda active, so this is frustrating. I’ve also got a friend who swears by Zandu Maha Yograj Guggulu for his back pain, but his problem isn't as serious as mine!
