I have chronic back pain that’s been bothering me for years now, especially after long days at work. Recently, I came across maha vishagarbha taila while researching Ayurvedic options for pain relief. Does anyone here have experience using maha vishagarbha taila for back pain or similar issues? I’ve tried all kinds of painkillers and even physiotherapy, but nothing gives lasting relief. I read that maha vishagarbha taila is an Ayurvedic oil that helps with pain, swelling, and even stiffness in the joints and muscles. Does it really work as well as people say? If you’ve used maha vishagarbha taila, how do you apply it? Do you need to heat it before using, or is it effective when applied directly? Also, how long does it take to show results?
