I am really worried about these persistent joint pains I've been having lately. They seem worst in the mornings and evenings. I remember my friend mentioning that Vaidyaratnam Kayyonyadi Kera Thailam could help with this, but I'm not entirely sure how it works or if its even safe?? Like, I've tried some over-the-counter pain relief and even a couple of natural remedies, but nothing seems to help the swlloinig and stiffness.
