I am trying to figure out something that’s been bothering me for a while. I’ve had this nagging shoulder pain for months now — probably from working too much on my laptop and not sitting right (who knows, right?). My friend recommended the Millennium Antarth Liniment, saying it’s supposed to be magical for joint and muscle pain, but I haven’t tried it yet because honestly, I've been skeptical about topical treatments like this. I read some reviews online, but there’s so many mixed opinions! Like, some swear by it, but others didn't see much improvement!? I’m not sure if it’s even worth my time or if I should just stick with the usual cold packs. I don’t want to waste money if it doesn’t work, ya know? Should I use the Millennium Antarth Liniment as a first step or is there something else I should try instead? And I heard applying it regularly is key, but how often is too much…? I’m worried about the pain becoming chronic and making things worse! If I start using the liniment, how quickly should I expect results? I don’t even know what to expect from it!
