Tatkshana Ksheerabala Tailam - #33591
I am really struggling with some persistent joint pain and stiffness, mostly in my knees and elbows. It first started a few months ago after I overdid it in the gym, thought it was just temporary. But clearly, it evolved into something more nagging. I did some research and came across this stuff called Tatkshana Ksheerabala Tailam, which seems like it could help. A friend of mine swears by it for his arthritis, says it’s like magic. But I’m kinda skeptical too because I’ve tried other oils and treatments before with no real effect. I’m wondering, can Tatkshana Ksheerabala Tailam actually reduce inflammation and improve flexibility? I heard it’s recommended for not just arthritis but general joint pain too. Just last week, I had to cancel plans because my knees flared up—such a bummer. Also, what’s the best way to use it? Should I massage it in daily or apply it before workouts or something?
