I am really struggling with this issue, and I hope someone can help me out. A few weeks ago, I started feeling this annoying pain in my lower back, like, it would come and go but mostly lingered. I mean, I’ve tried different things, but nothing seems to work! My friend mentioned Ayushakti Lavana Taila, saying it could help ease my back pain. I looked it up and saw that it’s supposed to be good for relieving pain, but honestly, I'm not sure how to use it properly. I guess I’m also a bit worried if it’s really safe for me, considering I’ve had some stomach issues in the past. I didn't know if applying it directly on the skin would sting or something? Plus, I read that there are different ways to use Ayushakti Lavana Taila (like in massages or even in some recipes??) but I'm confused about which way would be best for my back. Also, do you think there’s a correct dosage or any specific time of day that's better? I’ve been thinking that maybe I should just stick to my usual pain medications, but I feel like I really wanna try something more natural.
