I am really confused about this whole situation with my blood sugar levels. My doc says I've got prediabetes now, and honestly, I was shocked. I’ve been trying to eat healthier and workout, but it seems like I'm still struggling. Someone recommended Kerala Ayurveda Glymin Tablet. Has anyone tried it???
