Aapko ye samasya 4 mahine se hai, toh aapko isko thoda sambhal ke deal karna hoga. Pimples aur gas ka saath hona thoda common hai, kyunki donon ka kahi na kahan pitta aur agni se connection hai. Ayurveda mein hum blood purifiers par focus karte hain jo effective hein. Sabse pehle, pitta dosha ko balance karna zaroori hai. Aap "Neem" aur "Manjistha" lo. Neem ka 1 chhota tablet subah khali pet aur ek sham ko lena chahiye. Neem rakt ko shuddh karta hai aur pitta ko bhi shant karta hai. Manjistha bhi badiya hai mediation ke liye. Ye tablets aap kisi bhi Ayurvedic store se le sakte hain. Dietary measures bhi zaroori hain. Aap kaharwani cheezein, jaise dahi, aamla lu, jo pitta ko calm karta hai. Adrak wali chai ko roko, ye gas badha sakti hain, aur night shade vegetables ko avoid kare – jaise baingan aur taamatar, ye bhi acne ko bhadka sakti hain. Gas se nipatne ke liye, aap hing aur ajwain ka churan le sakte hain, ek chutki khana khane se pehle lene ka ek simple solution hai. Yeh agni ko sudhar kar aapko sukh dila sakti hain.
