I am really struggling with some joint pain lately, especially in my knees. It's been going on for months, and honestly, it's getting worse. I tried a bunch of over-the-counter stuff but nothing seems to work. A friend mentioned something called SDM Navaka Guggulu, and I’m curious if it could help me? I don't know much about it. I read that it's good for reducing inflammation, which is exactly what I need! I keep feeling stiff and that soreness doesn’t seem to go away.
