how to prevent arthritis - #36016
I am kinda worried about my mom, she’s been complaining a lot about her joint pain lately. At first, I thought it was just regular aches but now it seems like it might be something more—like arthritis. She's always been active, liking to do yoga and taking walks, but recently she struggles even with just opening a jar or climbing stairs. I remember reading somewhere that there might be ways how to prevent arthritis, and I really want to help her. The other day, she mentioned some swelling in her knees too, which made me freak out a bit. Its not just her knees, but sometimes her fingers also hurt. We’ve tried some over-the-counter things but I doubt they’re helping much. I feel like we need to try somthing more natural. Does anyone know how to prevent arthritis through diet or exercise? Are there specific foods she should eat or avoid? I really want her to get back to her normal self, enjoying life without these pains. And like, how soon could we see results if we change her diet or introduce some different herbs or whatever? Any advice would be super appreciated!
