I am really struggling with my blood sugar levels lately. Doctor says I’m pre-diabetic and I don’t want to go down that path. I came across this idea that is sugarcane juice good for diabetes?? That’s what I wondered when a friend suggested it last week. I used to love the stuff, especially during summers, but every time I think about sugar, my heart sinks. I mean, can something like sugarcane juice even be beneficial in my situation? It tastes so sweet and nice.
