मेरे घुटनों में सूजन रहती है और दर्द रहता है अपनों बैठने में और सीढ़ी चढ़ने में और उसमें कट कट की आवाज भी आती है बैठने पर इसमें कोई आयुर्वेदिक टेबलेट या तेल या बलम हो

घुटनों की सूजन और दर्द का आयुर्वेद में प्रभावी उपचार संभव है। ऐसे में सबसे पहले वात को संतुलित करना जरुरी होता है। आप ‘अश्वगंधा चूर्ण’ के 1-2 ग्राम मात्रा को सुबह और शाम गर्म पानी या दूध के साथ ले सकते हैं। इससे वात दोष को नियंत्रित कर और जोड़ो की ताकत बढ़ाने में मदद मिलती ह। इसके अलावा, ‘महायोगराज गूगुल’ भी एक अच्छा विकल्प है, जो जोड़ों के दर्द और सूजन को कम करने में सहायक हो सकता है।

तेल से मालिश करना भी फायदेमंद रहेगा। ‘महा-नारायण तेल’, ‘कुंजुन तेल’, अथवा ‘सहचरादि तेल’ का चयन, प्रभावित जगह पर सुबह और शाम हल्के हाथ से मसाज करेंगे। इस तेल से मालिश सहायक होगा, लेकिन ध्यान दें की मालिश बहुत जोर से न करें, आराम से औऱ धीमे-धीमे करें।

घुटनों में कट कट की आवाज आने पर ध्यान दिया जा सकता है कि आपकी आहार में इन चीजों की कमी न हों। हड्डियों के स्वास्थ्य के लिए अपने भोजन में दूध, पनीर, भिंडी, और हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियाँ शामिल करें। हड्डियों की मजबूती के लिए ओमेगा-3 से भरपूर अलसी के बीज/तेल और अखरोट का सेवन भी सहायक हो सकता है।

योग और व्यायाम भी आपके लिए लाभकारी हो सकता है। ‘वज्रासन’, ‘अर्ध मत्स्येन्द्रासन’, ‘सेतुबंधासन’ जैसे योगासन जोड़ो को मजबूत करने में मदद कर सकते हैं। हालाँकि, अधिक दर्द या असुविधा होने पर उन्हें न करें। जल से भरपूर रहते हुए, बहुत ज्यादा आराम से बैठें या सोएं। अत्यधिक वजन से बचें; यदि मोटापा है तो इसे घटाने की कोशिश करे।

यदि दर्द अत्यधिक बना रहता है या संदेहास्पद स्थिति होती है तो आपको तुरंत चिकित्सीय परामर्श लेना चाहिए। आयुर्वेद के साथ सामंजस्य ना बने तब डॉक्टर से सलाह लेना आवश्यक होता हैं।
