I am really struggling with my thyroid issues and wanted to ask for some advice on how to cure thyroid at home. I went to the doctor last week, and they mentioned I have an underactive thyroid. The symptoms have been pretty awful – fatigue, dry skin, and I swear my hair's falling out more than usual! I feel like I’ve tried everything and even started taking medication, but I'm looking for natural ways to manage this. I heard some friends talking about different home remedies and I thought, "how to cure thyroid at home?" but I have no clue where to start. Like, can certain herbs really make a difference? And what about diet? I’ve read that some foods can help, but I also don’t wanna make things worse. I've been feeling super lost in all this info online, you know?
