I am really struggling with hormonal imbalance lately and I’ve heard that apple cider vinegar could help, but like… I’m not sure how to take apple cider vinegar for hormonal imbalance. A friend mentioned something about it balancing hormones, which sounds great because I’ve been dealing with awful mood swings and irregular periods. It’s been affecting my sleep too, and I just feel like a mess most days. I tried mixing it with water, but the taste is sooo strong, and honestly, I'm not sure if I’m doing it right. I’ve also read about using it in salad dressings but, was uncertain if that would help my hormonal issues too. Like does it still work mixed in with food? Are there specific dosages you recommend?
