I have generalized joint pain and muscle cramping, mostly in the night, but also during the day. I also have begun to have small painful joint bumps in my finger DIP joints, and generalized weakness. you help me?

Consider Ashwagandha, an adaptogen, known for its ability to strengthen the body and improve energy levels. It can be taken as a powder mixed with warm milk at night.

For the symptoms you’re experiencing at night, applying warm sesame oil to the affected joints could provide relief. Massage it gently into the skin before going to bed. It acts both as a Vata pacifier and provides warmth and nourishment to the tissues. A warm Epsom salt bath before bed can ease muscle cramps and encourage a restful sleep.

Early morning yoga and stretches such as Uttanasana (forward bend) or Trikonasana (triangle pose) can help improve flexibility and reduce stiffness.
