What is the remedy for pain in the heel . Comes and goes . But like ice prickles. Only on right heel. Also pain in right knee . What is The remedy for this

For the heel pain, consider a daily warm sesame oil massage on the affected area, as it’s calming for Vata and improves circulation. After massaging, soak your heel in warm water for 10-15 minutes and gently exercise your foot with rotation moves to enhance mobility. Ensure your footwear is supportive and avoid walking barefoot on hard surfaces.

When it comes to knee pain, incorporating yoga poses like Tadasana and Virabhadrasana can improve joint flexibility. Rest is crucial, so give your knee ample time to recover from activity. Apply a paste made from ginger and turmeric (which are anti-inflammatory) to your knee for 30 minutes daily. This can alleviate discomfort.

Diet-wise, focus on warm, cooked foods, and include spices like cumin, ginger, and turmeric, which support Agni (digestive fire) and are anti-inflammatory. Hydrate with warm water, and avoid excessively cold or raw foods, as they can increase Vata imbalances.

Ensure you have regular sleep patterns and avoid excessive mental stimuli, since a calm mind supports body healing too. Yoga Nidra or deep breathing exercises can support relaxation.
