Aapke pareekshamin lambe samay tak khade rehne ya jyada activity ke karan ho rahe rashes aur pair dard ko theek karne ke liye Siddha-Ayurvedic upaayon par dhyaan dena zaroori h. Swasthya vyayama bhi bhut faydaymand hoti hai. Halka-stretching vyayama, yoga jise trikonasana aur talasana prashikshan ke liye din mein 10-15 minute ka samay nikalna mahatvapurn h. Yeh sandhi taththa snayu gharana aur aliyan ko savivar farahat milaati hai.
Agar rashes kafi zyada ho rahe ho, toh neem patte ko pani mein obatkar snan karein. Neem ke roopan ka mahatv yeh hai ke yeh antiseptic gunavatta rakhte hai jo twacha ko suraksha dete hain.
Agar in upaayon ko try karne ke baad vi sudhar na ho, toh turant vaidya se sampark karein. Yeh ensure karega ki koyi anya underlying condition nahin hai. Hemesha yaad rakhein ki safety sabse pehle aati h.
