Lambe samay tak khade rehne aur zyada pairo ki activity se pareshani ho rahi hai to pehle apne dincharya aur aahar par dhyan dena chahiye. Rashes aur pair dard ko kam karne ke liye kuch ayurvedic upay faydemand ho sakte hain:

1. Oil Massage: Thoda til tel (sesame oil) ya narial tel ko garam karke daily raat ko sone se pehle pairo par malish karein. Ye khoon ka sanchar sudhar kar sujan aur dard ko kam karega.

2. Sheerodhara Foot Bath: Pairo ko kuch der tak gawne pani me bhigo ke rakhein. Pani me thoda sa neem or triphala powder milayein. Ye anti-inflammatory sifat ke karan rashes or sujan ko kam karne me madadgar ho sakta hai.

3. Aahar Parimarjan: Aapne aahar me sookhe fal, sabji, or green leafy vegetables shamil karein. Mithai, chaaye, coffee aur masaladar cheezein kam karein jo pita dosha ko bhaap bisaakti hain.

4. Jangal ke shaak: Guggul or Haritaki ke churna ko din me do baar gungne pani ke sath le. Yeh detox aur khurachahat kam karne me madad karenge.

5. Dincharya: Rozana ek samay mein kaksha, giti or vrikshasan jese yogic aasan apnaayein jo ki pairo ki maspeshiyo ki tanav ko kam karne me madadgar hote hain.

6. Stress Management: Meditation aur pranayam ka daily abhyas karein jo ki stress levels ko kam karke dard aur rashes ko nihinta dene me sahayak ho sakta hai.

Aapke pareekshamin lambe samay tak khade rehne ya jyada activity ke karan ho rahe rashes aur pair dard ko theek karne ke liye Siddha-Ayurvedic upaayon par dhyaan dena zaroori h. Yeh samsya shayad vata aur pitta dosha ki vridhi ke karan ho sakti h. Vata dosha sookshma jalo me jaye, aur pitta ka pitta taal mulchata he, isliye yeh symptoms sujaan, laal chakit, aur dard ko bedaate han.

Sabse pehle, apne khane par focus karein. Apne ahar men gheeya, khichdi aur haldi jaison ko shamil karna laabhdaayak ho sakta h, jo vata aur pitta ko shaant karte h. Din mein 2-3 baar kum umr lehsun ka sevan karein, kyun ki yeh maansas aur snaayu-dard ko kam karta h.

Prayaas karein ki har din 10-15 minute ke liye tel ke maalish karen. Tael ke liye abhyanga, yaani til ka tel ya nariyal ka tel prayog karein jo snayu tattva ko araamakridi aata hai. Nahane ke baad maalish karna sutram h.

Swasthya vyayama bhi bhut faydaymand hoti hai. Halka-stretching vyayama, yoga jise trikonasana aur talasana prashikshan ke liye din mein 10-15 minute ka samay nikalna mahatvapurn h. Yeh sandhi taththa snayu gharana aur aliyan ko savivar farahat milaati hai.

Agar rashes kafi zyada ho rahe ho, toh neem patte ko pani mein obatkar snan karein. Neem ke roopan ka mahatv yeh hai ke yeh antiseptic gunavatta rakhte hai jo twacha ko suraksha dete hain.

Agar in upaayon ko try karne ke baad vi sudhar na ho, toh turant vaidya se sampark karein. Yeh ensure karega ki koyi anya underlying condition nahin hai. Hemesha yaad rakhein ki safety sabse pehle aati h.
