HELLO,

THIS IS A MEDICAL EMERGENCY- PLEASE DO NOT DELAYY Your brother has -heart functioning at only 5%->this is severe end-stage heart failure -diabetes + high blood pressure -recent facial paralysis-> could be a mini-stroke -daily chest and arm pain-> possible ongoing heart schema (lack of blood to the heart) -pain and weakness->can indicate worsening failure or ongoing damage

These signs mean his condition is not stable and can worse suddenly

No Ayurvedic treatment, herbal remedy or home therapy can replace or reverse the conditions he has right now. Using alternative therapies instead of emergeny cardiac care can be dangerous

WHAT MUST BE DONE IMMEDIATELY

1)Get him to a hospital now This is urgent. He needs -emergency heart evaluation -stabilization of heart failure -assessment for stroke -adjusted medications -moinitoring for risk of cardiac arrest

Even if surgery is needed later, right now he needs immediate medical support to stay alive

2) CONTIUE ALL PRESCRIBED DIABETES AND BP MEDICINES Stopping or changing them without doctors is dangerous

3) AFTER HE IS STABILIZED IN THE HOSPITAL, SUPPORTIVE THERAPIES LIKE AYURVEDA CAN HELP WITH -stress reduction -improving energy -diet guidance -mind-body support But only as complementary care, not as a replacement for heart failure treatment

YOU ASKED A VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION IS AYURVEDIC TREATMENT HARMFUL IN THIS SITUATION? Ayurveda is not harmful when used carefully, BUT delaying hospital treatment is extremely dangerous in his current condition

With only 5% heart function, his heart is too weak to depend on slow acting treatments He needs urgent heart failure management that only a hospital can give

YOU ARE DOING YOUR BEST You’re a loving sister, and he is lucky to have you. Your worry is valid- but what he needs most right now is EMERGENCY CARE

THANK YOU

Truth is that , Heart functioning only 5 % (ejection fraction ≈5 %) + daily angina + new mild facial paralysis → this is end-stage heart failure (Stage D) with very high risk.

In this situation open heart surgery (CABG) or other interventions are sometimes the only thing that can give him some more years of life.

Pure Ayurvedic treatment alone cannot reverse 95 % damage — heart muscle that is already dead cannot be brought back by any medicine in the world, including Ayurveda.

Please don’t delay the cardiologist’s decision — Ayurveda will help him a lot, but in 5 % heart function, modern intervention is often the only thing that buys time. I am praying for your brother, stay brave.

Hello sister, I truly understand how scared and worried you are. Your brother’s condition is extremely serious because he has: Heart functioning only 5% Daily chest pain + arm pain Mild paralysis on the face Diabetes and high BP

This combination is life-threatening, and I want to guide you safely and honestly.

MOST IMPORTANT WARNING

👉 With only 5% heart function, Ayurveda alone CANNOT save him He urgently needs modern cardiac intervention. At this stage, delaying surgery or hospital management can be fatal.

✅ SAFE TREATMENT STRATEGY

👉Modern treatment + Ayurveda together This is the only safe and effective approach.

👉 Surgery evaluation must NOT be delayed Open heart surgery or advanced cardiac procedures can save his life.

👉 Ayurveda will support by: Strengthening the heart muscle Improving circulation Managing diabetes & BP Helping nerve recovery (facial paralysis) Reducing complications

But it cannot replace hospital care in such severe heart failure.

✅ IMMEDIATE STEPS (WITHIN 24–48 HOURS)

He MUST undergo these tests: ECHO (to confirm ejection fraction) ECG Troponin BNP or ProBNP Kidney function test Electrolytes

If EF is truly 5%, he should be admitted to a cardiac hospital immediately.

✅Light, heart-friendly diet Moong dal Wheat roti Steamed vegetables Warm water only Avoid heavy meals

❌Must AVOID Immediately

Climbing stairs Stress or emotional upset Excess salt Sugary foods Fried or oily food Cold water Overeating Long walking or exertion

These can worsen heart failure.

I can truly feel the pressure on you since you have no parents and you’re taking full responsibility for your elder brother. You are doing the right thing by seeking help — but please don’t depend on Ayurveda alone right now.

Your brother can recover and lead a good life if you combine hospital treatment + Ayurvedic support immediately.

Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

I hear the worry in your words, and I want to be very clear and compassionate with you. Your brother’s condition is extremely serious — a heart functioning at only 5% with ongoing chest pain, paralysis symptoms, diabetes, and high blood pressure is life‑threatening. In such cases, open heart surgery or advanced medical intervention is not optional, it is urgent.

Ayurveda can sometimes be supportive for general wellness, immunity, and recovery, but it cannot replace or reverse the need for emergency cardiac surgery. Using Ayurvedic formulations alone in this situation could be dangerous, because delaying surgery or prescribed medical treatment may put his life at risk.

Warm Regards Dr.Anjali Sehrawat

Hello.

Donot play with your brothers life. Heart ejection factor is 5% with many comorbidities associated.

This condition is long lying in the body and ayurvedic medicines will need time to get some effects on the body but time is more precious.

GO FOR THE SURGRY.

In a situation where your brother’s heart is functioning at only 5%, he needs the immediate medical intervention of modern allopathy. This is a critical condition requiring urgent and potentially life-saving measures such as surgery. Ayurveda can certainly offer supportive care, but it should not replace necessary emergency treatment. His symptoms of heart and hand pain, alongside mild paralysis, strongly indicate a vascular emergency, needing medical attention right away.

Once he’s stabilized and undergoing proper treatment, there are ways Ayurveda can support his system – especially in managing diabetes and high blood pressure, both significantly contributing factors to heart issues. The focus would be to promote balance and strength in his body using specific dietary and lifestyle recommendations to nourish shrotas (channels) and dhatus (tissues), but not as a primary solution.

For diabetes management, include herbs like Guduchi and Jamun seed powder. He’s advised to take Jamun seed powder, around 1 teaspoon, with water on an empty stomach daily, as it may support blood sugar regulation. Ensure that any ayurvedic herbs are discussed with his allopathic doctor to avoid contraindications with the medications he is on.

His diet could emphasize foods that are light and easy to digest, such as moong dal, stewed apples, and vegetables that do not increase vata dosha. Incorporate ginger or cumin seeds in cooking to stimulate agni—important for overall digestion and metabolism.

Ultimately, continue to follow the guidance of his cardiologist regarding necessary medical treatments and surgeries. Ayurveda may provide essential support alongside these medical interventions but cannot replace them in cases of such severe heart conditions.

With your brother’s situation being as critical as it is—working at only 5% heart function and experiencing symptoms like mild paralysis and ongoing pain—time is of the essence. The presence of diabetes and high blood pressure adds complexity, and immediate surgical or conventional medical intervention seems necessary. It is crucial that he continues with the medical recommendations from his cardiologist to address this life-threatening condition.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, while concurrent practices can support overall health and recovery, they cannot replace or delay urgently needed medical treatment, especially in such high-risk heart conditions. To complement the medical care, here are some Ayurvedic insights that might aid his recovery once stabilized:

1. Diet and Nutrition: Encourage a satvic diet rich in seasonal fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Control intake of processed foods, sugar, and fatty items to support heart health and manage diabetes. Small, frequent meals can help maintain balanced agni, which is crucial for digestion and nutrient absorption.

2. Herbal Support: Certain herbs like Arjuna or Ashwagandha are traditionally believed to support cardiac health. However, consult with a healthcare professional before introducing any new supplements, especially considering his condition and medications.

3. Stress Management: Practices like gentle pranayama or yoga can help manage stress, eventually aiding in better blood pressure control. However, introduce any physical activity slowly and under supervision, considering his current condition.

4. Hydration and Rest: Ensure he remains hydrated with warm water and allows ample rest to enable his body to heal and recuperate.

Always stay in close consultation with his primary healthcare providers to monitor and coordinate all aspects of treatment, ensuring his safety and attended medical needs first.
