Doctors' responses

Do not stop or delay her current heart medications—her giddiness, headache, and fast heartbeat show her heart is sensitive. Arjunarishta, Hridayamrit Vati, Punarvadi Guggulu, Arjin may have mild heart benefits but can interact with her medicines. - so it’s better kindly mention the present drugs whe is taking so will help to tell ,is she can take or not.

Embeta xr 50 Lasilactone Pantium dsr Betaloc 25 sos These medicines he put recently as she had some severe conditions and will do echo again on Friday. Before there were different medicines.

👉 Do NOT start these Ayurvedic medicines right now without explicitly clearing them with her cardiologist — ideally after the upcoming echo on Friday. This is especially important because: Her medications were recently changed due to severe symptoms She is already showing dependence on timely dosing Echo results may lead to dose changes or further treatment planning -Do NOT add Arjunarishta, Hridayamrit vati, Punarvadi Guggulu, or Arjin right now. With her RHD (MR/MS) and current meds (Embeta XR, Betaloc, Lasilactone), these can drop BP/heart rate too much or disturb electrolytes, worsening giddiness and palpitations.

Hi doctor, I wrote the echo findings down. He suggested the same medicine as shared before with you. Please let me know some strong best medicine for her condition which she can take along with allopathic medicine and will help her condition. Also it should not stress her liver, should help in liver function. Also doctor suggested should not have high sugar so to keep that also under control though she is not diabetic. Mitrala valve- thickened rheumatic Mitral stenosis-moderate Mva 1.5 to 1.7 cm Mitral regurgitation-moderate Aortic valve- thickened Tricuspid valve-normal Tricuspid regurgitation-mild rvsp 26+rap Pulmonary valve- normal Left atrium- dilated Left ventricle-normal
