Hello doctor, my name is manjunath aged 62 got heart attack onJune2023 treated stent was placed, now on ramipril 2.5mg mrng, clopidogrel 75at dayand atorvastatin 20/asirin 150+bisoprolol 2.5 at night Now iam experience giddiness,dyspnea,loss of appetite,weakness Can guide me ?

Do this Check BP and pulse daily BP should not be below 100/60 Pulse should not be below 55 Meet your cardiologist soon for dose adjustment. Eat small meals, don’t skip food. Stand up slowly to avoid giddiness. Go to hospital immediately if Chest pain Severe breathlessness Fainting
