Hello doctor, my name is manjunath aged 62 got heart attack onJune2023 treated stent was placed, now on ramipril 2.5mg mrng, clopidogrel 75at dayand atorvastatin 20/asirin 150+bisoprolol 2.5 at night Now iam experience giddiness,dyspnea,loss of appetite,weakness Can guide me ?
