Use both for now, then gradually stop the allopathic medicine. Do not stop suddenly Dr RC BAMS MS

First try to control your BP by lifestyle modification. If it persists then go for medicine. Avoid salty, processed and packed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits.

Yes- but —do not stop your prescribed BP medication and switch to Patanjali Mukyavati on your own. Even though your BP is normal now, that’s likely because the medicine is working, especially since you were diagnosed less than a month ago. Stopping it suddenly can cause your BP to rise again. Important points: Mukyavati is an Ayurvedic supplement, not a proven replacement for BP medicines. Regular bp monitoring is necessary. If u fell fall down of bp consult immediately.
