Peeṭh ke neeche ke hissay mein dard aur haath-pair ke hilne mein dikat ka matlab hai ki shayad kapha-dosha ka kuch asantulan ho sakta hai, lekin Vata ka bhi yogdan ho sakta hai. Ye sthiti vaak patanjaliyog ko bhi prabhavit kar sakti hai. Sabse pehle, aapko ye jaruri hai ki koi samanya ayurvedic chikitsa se seekh lekar ise aur samajh sakein. Sushruta Samhita aur Charaka Samhita mein is tarah ke lakshan ke liye vibhinna chikitsa bataayi gayi hain.
Aapke liye kuch kadam hain jo ghar par itsamal kar sakte hain, magar yaad rakhein, kisi bhi aasan ya oil massage se pehle kisi visheshagya ayurvedic chikitsak ka margadarshan zarur lena chahiye:
1. Tila Taila Abhyanga (Til ka tel ka massage): Ye massage ki prakriya garam tila taila (til ka tel) se har din karein, yeh Vata ko shaant kar sakta hai aur sujan kam karne mein madadgar ho sakta hai.
2. Niruha Basti (Vata Shamak Basti): Ye ek aisi prakriya hai jisme mṛidu virechan yogya basti ki jati hai jo pirshth ke dard mein faidamand ho sakti hai, lekin yeh ghar ke bajaye sirf ayurvedic chikitsalaya mein hi ki jani chahiye.
3. Yoga aur Stretching: Saral yogik kriyayen jaise Pawanmuktasana aur Bhujangasana phayda pahucha sakti hain. Inhe dheere-dheere karen aur bina kisi stress ke.
4. Diet mein Sudhar: Garam, taze aur tikt ras ke khadde padarth janiye. Gud aur til ka ka upyog se sujan kam ho sakti.
Agar aapka dard ya pareshani zyada samay tak bani rahti hai to yeh zaroori hai ki aap turant kisi visheshagya se paramarsh karein kyuki kabhi kabhi yeh aughatak sthiti ka sanket bhi ho sakta hai jiska turant ilaj hona chahiye.
