Stop taking Naturaveda Tantra Max immediately. It likely contains heating herbs (Ushna Virya) like Shilajit or Makaradhwaj that have triggered the BP spike. Monitor: Check your blood pressure morning and evening for the next 3 days.

Medicines 1 Sarpagandha Ghan Vati: 1 tablet at bedtime. 2 Mukta Vati: 1 tablet twice daily on an empty stomach. 3 Arjunarishta: 20ml mixed with 20ml water, twice daily after food. 4 Avipattikar Churna: 1 teaspoon at bedtime with warm water.

External Therapy Pada Abhyanga: Massage the soles of your feet with Ghee or Ksheerabala Oil for 10 minutes before sleep. Cooling: Apply a paste of Sandalwood (Chandan) on the forehead.

Dietary Advice Hydration: Drink water infused with Coriander seeds or Vetiver (Khus) to cool the system. Exclusions: Completely avoid salt, sour foods (pickles, tamarind), spicy foods, and alcohol for 1 week. Inclusions: Eat cooling foods like pomegranate, sweet grapes, moong dal, and cucumber.

👉 What you should do right now 1. Stop the supplement immediately. This is the most likely reason your BP has gone up.

2. Check your BP right away. If it is above 140/90, be cautious. If it is above 160/100, check again every 6 hours. If it stays high, you will need some allopathy medicine backup.
