Should I take Hridyarjun tablets for life? - #46298

My age is 58 male. Taking Betacap TR 20 tablet since last 4 years. Generally my BP comes with in normal range. past some time it comes 130/90, 140/90. chemist gives Hridyarjun tablet in which sarpgandha 35 mg. I taken 2 tablets in night with milk and it works. Should I take to lifetime
